The firm’s office in New Brunswick, New Jersey is located in an 1882 Victorian House designated as a national historic location by the National Trust. The Office in Spring Lake is located in the center of town, across from the lake, in view of the Spring Lake boardwalk and Ocean.

Mr. Weinberg graduated from Trenton State College, now known as the College of New Jersey, in 1983, and Rutgers Law School in 1989. He was admitted in 1989 to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Bar of Pennsylvania. He is currently admitted to the New Jersey Bar and can appear as counsel in any State, for particular occasions. Mr. Weinberg is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
Mr. Weinberg litigates matters in Civil, Criminal, Municipal and Bankruptcy Courts in the State of New Jersey, represents Buyers and Sellers in numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions and represents clients in the general practice of law. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Weinberg was immediately immersed in bankruptcy and workout litigation in a wide variety of business areas, representing both creditors and debtors in numerous United States Federal Bankruptcy Court proceedings. He moved on to handle litigation of personal injury cases, insurance defense work, real estate and the general practice of law, while continuing to represent clients in bankruptcy and financial matters. He served as Private Prosecutor for ten years, prosecuting criminal offenses in numerous Courts in New Jersey.
The Law Office has a diverse Personal Injury and Product Liability practice. Recent results on behalf of our clients include a settlement in the amount of $2,700,000.00 as New Jersey counsel for the family of a 81 year old man who consumed food contaminated with the bacteria listeria during the manufacturing process and died, after over a year of pain and suffering. We obtained a settlement in the amount of $3,500,000.00 as New Jersey counsel for a husband and wife who lost her pregnancy, with twins, caused by the wife’s consumption of tainted deli-purchased sliced turkey breast, a settlement in the amount of $225,000.00 as New Jersey counsel for a woman who elected to terminate her pregnancy after confirming that she had consumed a meat product which contained a dangerous food bacteria as a result of improper manufacturing processes, a settlement of $70,000.00 for a husband and wife who lost her pregnancy as a result of the food bacteria listeria, where the exact source of the bacteria could not be positively confirmed and after defeating the defendants legal position, strenuously briefed and argued before a Judge, that our clients claims, based on New Jersey Product Liability and Negligence Law, should be dismissed because of federal pre-emption law. We obtained a recovery in excess of $220,000.00 on behalf of a minor sexually assaulted by a police officer managing a New Jersey town’s Explorer program while she was involved in a charitable organization activity, with all defendants asserting legal immunity from civil prosecution; a settlement of $100,000.00 for a pedestrian hit by an automobile; a settlement of $50,000.00 for a motorcyclist who broke his finger when a car made a sudden left turn in front of him; a settlement in excess of $60,000.00 for a woman rear-ended at a stop light, and a settlement of $22,500.00 for a women involved in a car accident. We recovered $37,500.00 on behalf of an 84 year old woman, against her own insurance company, as a result of an accident she had with an under-insured driver. We recently resolved a case where our client was injured in a car accident for $47,500.00 through arbitration, instead of trial.
The Law Office’s Municipal Court practice is extensive, defending clients charged with traffic offenses, including Driving While Intoxicated, driving without proper documentation, driving on the suspended list or without proof of insurance, careless driving, speeding and all other motor vehicle violations. We defend other offenses including shoplifting, theft, domestic violence, assault, housing violations and other charges heard in the Municipal Courts throughout New Jersey. In our Criminal Law practice we defend individuals against more serious charges, which we handle from bail reduction hearings through the intensive discovery required to obtain a plea or put the State to it’s burden of proving all elements of the alleged offense beyond a reasonable doubt at trial. The Law Office prides itself on juvenile rehabilitation, working with minors and young adults to insure that lifelong repercussions from a bad decision, or a bad set of circumstances, are minimized.
