DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY

In the event you or a loved one becomes unable to perform certain functions, for any number of reasons, including extended travel, hospitalization or more serious personal injury, a durable power of attorney will allow your designated person the legal right to access bank accounts, pay debts, sign legal documents and make decisions on your behalf. It is effective upon signing, so you want to keep it in a secure place.
